    An aged-care provider needs to help people assess their eligibility and apply for services while government information and procedures keep changing. Those changes need to reach both the website and automatically update its interactive forms.

    A peak body oversees about 50 service delivery organisations across the state. Each serves hundreds or thousands of customers, and its operators need to work to the same standards.

    Searchable guidance, structured training

    We built a training and compliance platform with AI search across the body's guidelines, procedures and training material. Member organisations use that material to build their own courses and learning paths on the platform.

    A not-for-profit helps people moving to Australia, particularly from Europe. It needs to explain detailed visa procedures and application processes in a form people can understand and relate to their own objectives.

    Official sources, specific answers

    We continuously retrieve government information through APIs and organise it into a structured knowledge base around visa processes. A conversational interface searches that knowledge base leveraging graph ontology and returns the relevant procedures and links to application forms.
