Too much manual invoicing
An events company rents stalls to hundreds of vendors several times a year. Preparing invoices, collecting payments and tracking outstanding balances required substantial manual work.
What we built
Auto invoicing, instalments, reconciliation
Invoices are now generated from the customer record in one click, including embedded payment options. Customers can split payments into instalments, while the system handles reminders, partial and late payments, and additional invoices. Full Xero integration reconciles payments against bank transactions, including partial payments.
What happened afterwards
A full-time role freed
The system frees capacity equivalent to a full-time role, allowing that person to focus on developing the business.
