A frozen food business operates blast freezers, frozen warehouses and its own distribution. It handles hundreds of thousands of boxes under a kilo, often split into dozens of units for different destinations. Cold-chain breaches were costing 2–3% of product.

We connected its freezer management system to AI, adding a second layer of checks on every box along the chain.

Waste from cold-chain breaches fell to 0.5%.
