A language school runs semester and trimester courses plus a stream of seasonal and special ones. Some must be advertised, filled and closed within a couple of weeks, while assessments happen in class and remotely.
What we built
Quick to launch, one record per student
A management system that sets up and closes courses, campaigns and registrations quickly. Registration feeds a student portal that holds self-assessments and class assessments, in person and remote, as one record.
What happened afterwards
Launch, fill, close, repeat
A new course goes from announcement to closed registrations inside its window, and each student's progress sits in one record instead of several.
