Hundreds of vendors, invoiced by hand
An events company rents stalls to hundreds of vendors several times a year. Every invoice, payment and outstanding balance was prepared and chased by hand.
What we built
One click, booking to bank
One click on the customer record creates the invoice, with payment options built in. Customers can pay in instalments; reminders, partial and late payments and extra invoices run on their own. Xero reconciles every payment against the bank, partial ones included.
What happened afterwards
A full-time role, back on the business
The system absorbs the work of a full-time role. That person now develops the business instead of chasing payments.
