Every box, a chance to thaw
A frozen food business runs blast freezers, frozen warehouses and its own distribution. It moves hundreds of thousands of boxes under a kilo, often split into dozens of units for different destinations. Cold-chain breaches cost 2–3% of product.
What we built
Every box, checked twice
We connected its freezer management system to AI, using the cameras already in place, and added a second layer of checks on every box along the chain.
What happened afterwards
Waste down to 0.5%
Waste from cold-chain breaches fell from 2–3% to 0.5%.
