A startup incubator delivers grant-funded training and mentoring to its members. Each member has an annual minimum and maximum of sessions, to be matched among more than 60 trainers and mentors.
What we built
Matched, booked, counted
Integrations, automations and AI agents keep the calendar and invitations current and propose suitable member–mentor matches. Each confirmed session is counted against the member's grant.
What happened afterwards
The grant keeps its own count
Nobody reconciles calendars or session counts by hand, and every member's grant use is current at any moment.
