A peak body runs a training and compliance platform for operators and an events programme for members, officials and the public. Both depend on the same organisations and people, and every record has to agree across the two.
What we built
One record behind both
We built a heavily customised CRM as the shared core, with AI modules that keep member records clean. Both platforms are managed from it, so members, operators and attendees sit in one place instead of in separate lists.
What happened afterwards
Changed once, current everywhere
A change to any member's record reaches the training platform and the events programme together, so nobody keeps two lists in step.
