What we built
Unified service standards platform
We built a training and compliance platform with AI search across the body's guidelines, procedures and training material. Member organisations use that material to build their own courses and learning paths on the platform according to one standard.
What happened afterwards
Written once, answered in one question
The peak body writes each standard once, instead of fifty organisations writing their own. Operators ask one question and get the procedure that fits their case.
