Raw, in production or ready to sell?
A small producer imports raw material, processes it in batches and sells to trade customers online. Every stage, from purchase and arrival through production, storage and dispatch, has to be tracked, and online stock has to match.
What we built
One system, arrival to dispatch
A light ERP covering raw-stock orders and arrivals, production runs, warehouse locations and shipments. AI agents follow the workflow on video, under human supervision. The ERP feeds the B2B shop, so customers can only order what is in stock.
What happened afterwards
Stock that counts itself
Stock updates as the work happens, so nobody recounts shelves or corrects orders for products that aren't there.
