A not-for-profit helps people move to Australia, particularly from Europe. Visa procedures are detailed and keep changing, and each person needs only the part that fits their own plans.
What we built
Official sources, one conversation
We retrieve government information continuously through APIs and organise it into a knowledge base structured around visa processes. A conversational interface searches it through a graph ontology and returns the relevant procedures, with links to the application forms.
