Logistics

Stock, production lines, warehouses and deliveries: catching a problem before it costs a batch or a shipment.

  • Thawed products

A frozen food business operates blast freezers, frozen warehouses and its own distribution. It handles hundreds of thousands of boxes under a kilo, often split into dozens of units for different destinations. Cold-chain breaches were costing 2–3% of product.

    Existing cameras, new intelligence

We connected its freezer management system to AI, adding a second layer of checks on every box along the chain.

  • Who's there?

A foodservice producer runs production lines between manual and industrial operation. A mistake in one phase can cost a whole batch, while the kitchen also presents safety risks for staff.

    Camera monitoring, early warnings

We introduced AI agents that watch each production phase through cameras without controlling the process. When someone appears who shouldn't be there, or in the wrong gear, they send warnings to phones and a shared screen.

    Kitchen Monitoring
  • Costly maintenance

A precision engineering company builds machines for production lines. An unexpected machine failure can stop a client's whole line, making advance warning valuable.

    Sensor data, predictive maintenance

We added a second control system combining AI, new sensors and better use of existing sensor data. It supports a predictive maintenance plan the company can sell with its machines, warning clients before a fault becomes a stoppage.

  • Raw or sellable?

A producer imports raw material, processes it in batches and sells to trade customers online. It needs to track each stage, from purchasing and arrivals through production, storage and dispatch, while keeping online availability accurate.

    Production tracked, stock synchronised

We built a light ERP covering raw-stock orders and arrivals, roasting runs, warehouse locations and shipments. AI agents use video feeds to manage the workflow under human supervision. The ERP connects to B2B eCommerce so customers can order only what is in stock.
