  • Too many products

An importer distributes about 40,000 SKUs, far more than a typical catalogue in its sector. It needs to manage orders while keeping availability accurate across the entire online catalogue.

    Orders and availability, synchronised

We built the system that manages orders and keeps the website showing what is actually available across all 40,000 products.

  • Too many distribution channels

A distributor serves retail and wholesale customers across several warehouses and 3PL companies. Pricing varies across five tiers, by customer group, location and individual client, with loyalty discounts adding another layer. Every transaction needs to reach the same business intelligence and accounting systems in a consistent format.

    Different storefronts, connected systems

We built four custom applications fully integrated in the business systems to manage customers, orders, invoicing and shipments and created and connected eight eCommerce frontends to the company's business systems.

  • Franchisees at risk

A restaurant franchise supplies its locations with raw ingredients and semi-prepared meals. The continuous flow of orders also holds information about how each location is performing.

    Orders processed, anomalies flagged

We built the ordering platform and added continuous analysis of the order flow. It flags franchisees whose ordering patterns fall outside the expected range, giving head office an early signal to investigate.

  • Slow stock

A food distributor wants to reward its best customers while encouraging purchases of slower-moving products. The incentives need to account for both customer behaviour and the stock the business wants to move.

    Loyalty and stock, a win-win

We built a dynamic reward system that weighs order volume, product selection and customer loyalty. It awards more for products that are harder to sell, connecting customer rewards to stock priorities.

  • Too many databases

A company operates in two sectors whose services could benefit many of the same clients. Its departments work from separate databases, leaving teams unable to see each other's clients and missing opportunities to cross-sell or upsell.

    Connected records, visible relationships

We clean and consolidate the client data into about 26 custom CRM modules that update one another. A graph database models relationships across the two sectors, with an ontology and AI retrieval making those connections searchable.

  • Courses aren't assessed

A language school runs semester and trimester courses alongside seasonal and special programmes. Some courses need to be advertised, filled and closed for registration within a couple of weeks, while student assessments continue across formats.

    Smart registration and assessment

We built a management system for setting up and closing courses, campaigns and registrations quickly. Registration connects to a student portal holding both ongoing self-assessments and assessments made in class. In-person and remote evaluations form one record across the course.

  • 60 Mentors

A startup incubator provides grant-funded training and mentoring to its members. Each member has annual minimum and maximum session allowances, with more than 60 trainers and mentors to match them with.

    Matching, scheduling, grant tracking

Integrations, automations and AI agents keep the calendar updated and propose suitable member–mentor matches. Once a session is confirmed, the system tracks how much of the grant each member has used.

  • Who pays for this?

A peak body runs dozens of training events a year for service operators, members, politicians, public servants and the public. Attendance may be free, paid by an attendee or employer, or partly funded by a sponsor.

    Targeted events, flexible payments

We built a custom platform that manages the programme, from targeting each event at the relevant audience to handling its different payment arrangements.

  • Too much manual invoicing

An events company rents stalls to hundreds of vendors several times a year. Preparing invoices, collecting payments and tracking outstanding balances required substantial manual work.

    Auto invoicing, instalments, reconciliation

Invoices are now generated from the customer record in one click, including embedded payment options. Customers can split payments into instalments, while the system handles reminders, partial and late payments, and additional invoices. Full Xero integration reconciles payments against bank transactions, including partial payments.

  • Thawed products

A frozen food business operates blast freezers, frozen warehouses and its own distribution. It handles hundreds of thousands of boxes under a kilo, often split into dozens of units for different destinations. Cold-chain breaches were costing 2–3% of product.

    Existing cameras, new intelligence

We connected its freezer management system to AI, adding a second layer of checks on every box along the chain.

  • Who's there?

A foodservice producer runs production lines between manual and industrial operation. A mistake in one phase can cost a whole batch, while the kitchen also presents safety risks for staff.

    Camera monitoring, early warnings

We introduced AI agents that watch each production phase through cameras without controlling the process. When someone appears who shouldn't be there, or in the wrong gear, they send warnings to phones and a shared screen.

  • Costly maintenance

A precision engineering company builds machines for production lines. An unexpected machine failure can stop a client's whole line, making advance warning valuable.

    Sensor data, predictive maintenance

We added a second control system combining AI, new sensors and better use of existing sensor data. It supports a predictive maintenance plan the company can sell with its machines, warning clients before a fault becomes a stoppage.

  • Are you eligible today?

An aged-care provider needs to help people assess their eligibility and apply for services while government information and procedures keep changing. Those changes need to reach both the website and automatically update its interactive forms.

    Changing rules, connected forms

We build tools that bring government updates into the website and update the eligibility self-assessment and application forms automatically. The tools also feed connected blog, email and social media campaigns, and the company website.

  • Useless Digital Twins

An architecture firm already uses digital twin software in its design work. It wants to obtain more useful information from those models, particularly once construction begins.

    Existing models, added intelligence

We added AI to the software the firm already uses, extending what its digital twins can reveal about the buildings being designed and constructed.

  • Room too cold

An industrial group builds technology for controlling hotel rooms. It needs a live dashboard to show and control room temperature, do-not-disturb settings and room status.

    Live controls, shared analytics

We built the dashboard and continued working with the group's team for several years. The work expanded into a shared software component library, defining consistent interface behaviour across the company's software.
